Graduated in medicine in 1989 from the University of Sherbrooke, she obtained her specialist certificate in cardiology in 1994. She continued a complementary training from 1994 to 1997 including a year in echography, a year in pediatric cardiology and a year in adult congenital cardiology at the Royal Bompton Hospital in London, England.  Active member at the MHI since 1997, clinical associate professor in the department of Medicine of the Université de Montréal, she is also the director of education since 2004. In clinic, she contributed to the development and standing of the adult congenital heart disease Centre. As the director of education, she is responsible for the coordination of any training activity in the institution. She has more than 45 articles and book chapters as publications.
