The Strategic Plan guides decision-making for a specific period. The 2010-2015 Strategic Plan has been and continues to be a source of great inspiration. These years have indeed been marked by the pursuit of innovation in cardiology. The Montreal Heart Institute intends to continue developing the tools it needs to reach new heights and maintain its leadership position.
This vast, motivating and rewarding process, which has directly involved over 150 people at the MHI and a number of partners, began with the release of the 2010-2015 Strategic Plan. This plan outlines the MHI's main challenges and vision and major strategic choices as well as the conditions for success and the commitments required to reach our goals.
