The Montreal Heart Institute Foundation invited you on June 4th, to take part in YOGA pour le Cœur with your friends and family, while supporting the cause! All proceeds went to the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation.
The second summer edition of YOGA pour le Cœur was the perfect opportunity to give yoga a try or to introduce it to your friends and family in a unique glass-walled space that opens onto the outdoor terraces. Led by certified instructors, the day’s three yoga classes where sure to have something for everyone, including try outs on Unda Board during the all levels class.
Gentle yoga: good for you and your heart!
Half-elf, half-wolf, MaLOOve has lived in a magical forest for a thousand years. She practises yoga with the creatures of the forest and changes with the four elements. This yoga class is a great way for the entire family to have a fun and memorable time by sharing a unique moment between your family and ours!
Yoga for Beginners
Yoga for All Levels
Primarily for more experienced yoga students. Two years after she began practising yoga in 2007, Alexandra felt it was time to share her experience with her community. Thanks to her positive energy and infectious laughter, you'll feel right at home in her yoga classes!
Passionate about teaching, she will gently yet energetically guide you through her vinyasa practice, synchronizing breath and movement.
