Radiology

The department of radiology at Université de Montréal offers various one- or two-year fellowship programs. Two of these fellowships directly involve the Montreal Heart Institute (cardiac imaging and thoracic cardiac imaging). The Université de Montréal now includes three merged university centres (the CHUM includes the Hôtel-Dieu, Notre-Dame and St-Luc hospitals) and a mother-child centre, CHU Sainte-Justine. The university is also affiliated with three hospitals: Maisonneuve-Rosemont, Sacré-Cœur and Montreal Heart Institute.

Fellowships begin on July 1 or on November 1. Applications must be submitted at least one year in advance and forwarded directly to the person in charge of fellowships in the radiology department at Université de Montréal. Applications should not be forwarded directly to the Montreal Heart Institute. The radiology department at Université de Montréal awards scholarships on a competitive basis; however, a limited number of scholarships are available. To obtain funding, candidates are advised to apply for grants from recognized agencies.
