Supervising Clinical Activities

Evening, night and weekend nursing supervisors are responsible for the planning, organization, coordination and evaluation of clinical and administrative activities as well as human resources, in order to ensure adequate patient care and services.

The supervisors evaluate the need to replace staff according to needs and priorities. Moreover, on evenings, nights and weekends, they ensure that the entire hospital's activities and the links between different services run smoothly.

They are responsible for optimizing the allocated resources, in particular with regard to the rationalization and the judicious use of human, financial, material and informational resources.
