ÉPIC Centre

The ÉPIC Centre's mission is to:

Offer primary and secondary services for the prevention of cardiovascular disease by promoting personal health and well being and the benefits related to adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Educate individuals on the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease by putting together a multi-disciplinary team specializing in disease prevention. This team evaluates, treats and corrects, in as much as it is possible, the risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
Participate in the education and training of health care professionals and to lead research in the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
Evaluate and develop new technologies and forms of treatment.
