An efficient management of the ressources
The
team of the office of assignment adheres to the Montreal Heart
Institute mission, and our raison d'être results from
this. We express it as follows:

to offer services which meet the needs for our
customers

to support the nursing team with an
effective and efficient management of the resources
Attached
to the direction of nursing, the office of assignment is a service
of resource allocation to fill the absences with short, average and
long term of the nursing staff.
Our
customers include the staff of the float team, the recall list as
well as the personnel and the managers of the nursing units,
hemodynamy, electrophysiology, the research centre, the operating
room and the central service.
